No Sustaining Payment Required

Payments will be accepted in U.S. Funds only.

Payments postmarked after April 15, 2007 will not be accepted.

I.S.A. ELITE Series Conditions:

*** All owner’s of nominated horse(s) must be PAID ISA Members by April 15, 2007

• All race will be one dash at one mile

• Horses may transfer gaits, with monies to follow

• All events will be governed by the rules of the USTA and IHRC

• No horse may compete in the ELITE Series who has raced in any other race on the day of, or any two (2) days prior to the event (qualifiers and rained-out ISFC events excluded)

• If more than nine (9) entries are received, races will be contested in divisions

• All horses nominated must be Indiana Sired

• If less than five horses finish the race, any unearned monies will be awarded to the winner of that division

The ISA reserves the right to reject any questionable nomination

** If less than five horses are entered the event will be cancelled.  All nominating fees from that event will be divided among those entered in the event. ISA Board of Directors will have the final decision in any dispute.
