Purse: Nomination Fee matched plus $5,000 per event by Indiana Breed Development, Entry Fee, and any other funds if
available.
Date/Location of Series: Thursday September 2, 2010 at the Indiana State Fair Grounds (11:00 am Post) (Rain Out Date "TBA")

I.S.A. ELITE Series Conditions:
All owner’s of nominated horse(s) must be PAID ISA Members by May 15, 2010
All races will be one dash at one mile
Horses may transfer gaits, with monies to follow
All events will be governed by the rules of the USTA and IHRC
No horse may compete in the ELITE Series who has raced in any other race on the day of, or any two (2) days prior to the event (qualifiers and rained-out ISFC events excluded)
Horses must have participated in (or credited with) at least five (5) Indiana Sired Fair Circuit races in order to participate in an Elite race
If more than nine (9) entries are received, races will be contested in divisions
All horses nominated must be Indiana Sired
Regardless of the number of horses entered, the races will be contested
The ISA reserves the right to reject any questionable nomination
ISA Board of Directors will have the final decision in any dispute
