CHUBB Insurance

The United States Trotting Association (USTA) sponsors the CHUBB Insurance program through the Van Gundy Insurance Agency.  The insurance coverage is for all USTA licensed drivers and trainers.  In the event an accident occurs the insurance will cover you if you become disabled and cannot perform normal work activities.  This is a very inexpensive accident insurance with big coverage for you to protect yourself and family with! 

For $96 annually - (Option 1) $300 Weekly Disability and $100,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment

For $240 annually - (Option 2) $500 Weekly Disability and $250,000 Accidental Death & Dismemberment

Any type of accident is covered as long as you are unable to perform your regular duties at work (car, horse, etc).

Additional Benefits Included: 

• Coma, Paralysis, and Seat Belt

• Family Coverage may be purchased with either of the member options.

• There is also a Child Care Expense Benefit & Education Expense Benefit available.
