• Sulky insurance to "Paid 2010 ISA Members" at Indiana pari-mutuel tracks and Indiana fair tracks. All owners of the damaged sulky or jog cart must be "Paid 2010 ISA Members" before the accident occurred and the driver, the trainer and all owners or lessees of the hooked horse to the damaged sulky or jog cart must be "Paid 2010 ISA Members" before the accident occurred.  If the horse is owned by a stable or corporation all members as well must be paid 2010 ISA members. The ISA offers a maximum of $2,000.00 per incident. Wheel coverage; $150.00 per wheel, per incident. Contact ISA office for further details - 800-565-5725
