Benefits of an I.S.A. Paid Membership include:
ISA Chiropractor
The ISA chiropractor, Dr. Jeff McIntyre, is located in the Horsemen’s Lounge.
Eligibility for Chiropractic Services: You must hold a 2026 ISA Membership and 2026 IHRC Standardbred License.
About Dr. Jeff McIntyre: Originally a native of Shelbyville, Indiana, Dr. McIntyre is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri, and Franklin College in Indiana. His hobbies include outdoor activities, golf, sports, and family activities.
Dr. McIntyre specializes in diversified and Cox flexion/distraction techniques. He is also trained in sports injuries, automobile accident injuries, pediatrics, work injuries, and active physical therapy and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal disorders. Dr. McIntyre has a passion for using his chiropractic expertise and skills to improve the quality of people’s lives so they can live life to the fullest!

There may be times in your journey that you feel like you need some help. ISA provides our members with sessions and services by Chaplain Claudean Webb for precisely those times. See below for the chaplain’s hours of availability and contact information.

Dental &Optical Program
Important Information Below Regarding the 2026 Dental & Optical Program
At your next dental or vision appointment, please bring your ID card to ensure claims are submitted to the correct address.
You can receive dental or eye services or from any licensed dentist or optometrist; however your benefit dollars may stretch even further if services are obtained from a participating/in network dentist or eye doctor.
Sulky Insurance
Sulky Insurance for “Paid 2026 ISA Members” at Indiana Pari-Mutuel Tracks and Indiana Fair Tracks.
All owners of the damaged sulky or jog cart must be “Paid 2026 ISA Members” before the accident occurred.
The driver, the trainer and all owners or lessees of the hitched horse to the damaged sulky or jog cart must be “Paid 2026 ISA Members” prior to the incident causing the damage.
If the horse is owned by a stable, corporation or multiple owners, all members as well must be “Paid 2026 ISA Members”.
The ISA offers a maximum of $3,000.00 per incident. Wheel coverage of $500.00 per wheel per incident.
