3-D offering seven yearlings

3-D Farms is prepping seven yearlings for the upcoming Midwest Standardbred Horse Sale Thursday, October 15 and Friday, October 16 at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. The consignment includes six pacing prospects and one trotter in their ensemble of yearlings for the sale.

The lone trotting yearling, Krystal Breeze steps into the ring with a strong maternal pedigree. Selling as Hip No. 87, the Don’t Let’Em filly is the first foal from the Southwind Breeze mare Breeze at Sunset with a mark of 1:55.2. The maternal family traces back to Trading Places, the dam of Indiana super trotting mare M Ms Dream, winner of more than $2.2 million with a mark of 1:49.4.

Joining Krystal Breeze in the 3-D Farms consignment is a Rockin Image filly named Haulin Heather. She is a full sister to the standout Indiana pacer Buzzsaw Russ, a winner in 1:48.2 with more than $850,000 in earnings. The dam, Up Front Cruiser was quite the racehorse herself, winning nearly $500,000 while competing in Ohio in stakes action. Her latest daughter sells as Hip No. 431 late in the sale during the second session Friday, October 16.

3-D Farms also sells another filly who will garner a lot of attention as JKs Treasure sells as Hip No. 211. The JK Endofanera filly is the latest from the 100 percent producing mare Ideal Treasure, who is the mother of standouts including State Treasurer, winner in 1:47.0 with more than $1.9 million in earnings. The Real Desire son was the 2015 O’Brien Horse of the Year and the Dan Patch Older Pacing Horse of the Year. The family also includes Hickory Icon (1:49.4, $420,000). The second dam also has strong ties to Indiana as the dam of Tellmeitmatters, a winner in 1:49.0 with nearly $500,000 in earnings as an Indiana Sires Stakes standout.

The 3-D Farms consignment can be found in Aisle 19 of the West Pavilion. All yearlings are available for pre-sale inspection by contacting Devon Beechy, Devon Knepp, or David Wayne Yoder at (260) 350-5218.
