Full brother to Gruesome Twosome offered

Some farms are staples in the Indiana breeding industry and Topville Acres of Topeka, Ind. is one of those farms. They have a small but powerful consignment for 2026 spread out over several venues with three headed to the Midwest Standardbred Horse Sale in mid October.
The Topville Acres consignment kicks off with an impressive entry as Hip No. 32 with Topville Affinity entering the ring. The You Know You Do colt will garner a lot of attention as the full brother to standout trotter Gruesome Twosome, a winner in 1:52.1 with more than $729,000 on his card and now a stallion. Topville Affinity is the latest foal from the Donato Hanover mare All Sets Lets Go, a winner in 1:57.3 with $121,000 on her card while racing in Pennsylvania Sires Stakes. In addition to Gruesome Twosome, she has produced Trickin, a winner in 1:56.1 with $30,000 on his card and Mr Instigator, a winner in 1:56.1 with $74,000. The family comes into talent with strong ties as the second dam is the mother of Measuredperfection, a winner in 1:53.1 with more than $347,000 in earnings.
The second entrant in the Midwest Standardbred Horse Sale for Topville Acres is another standout trotting prospect Topville Famousdan, a son of Dover Dan. The colt is the second foal from the mare Frankly Fabulous, who is a half sister to Perfect Image, a winner in 1:55.2 with $135,000 on her card. Topville Famousdan is staked to all the major events, including the Hambletonian, which he could be part of at Harrah’s Hoosier Park in 2028. He sells as Hip No. 172.
Topville Acres will serve as agent for a third and final entrant, La Martinitis, selling as Hip No. 357. The Tellitlikeitis filly is the latest foal from the Indiana Sires Stakes contender Sapphire Martini, who earned a mark of 1:53.3 and more than $137,000 during her career. She has produced numerous winners including La Always Amartini, a winner in 1:51.2 with $412,000, LA Rockin Sampson, 1:51.1, $273,000, and La Rockin Shania, 1:51.4, $160,000. Sapphire Martini also brings in strong maternal lines as she is a half sister to the great Radar Contact, a winner in 1:49.2 with nearly $1 million in earnings. She is also a half sister to Topville Cadillac, a winner in 1:50.2 with $352,000 in earnings. The filly joins the Topville Acres consignment and was raised by Loamy Acres of Goshen, Ind.
